“HOUKA”

"Yuriage"’s original steamed dumplings

Try “Yuriage”’s original and ever so popular boiled dumplings topped with kimchi. Kimchi is a traditional fermented Korean delicacy made from vegetables like Chinese cabbage and a range of spices and seasonings.

Another popular dish is the “Gomoku Ankake Soba”, a special sauce made with stir fried meat, seafood, and vegetables served over a bed of crispy noodles. In addition, the menu has pan fried dumplings, steamed pork buns, juicy dumpling soup, “shumai” steamed Chinese pork dumplings, and ramen.

Homemade Kimichi to go is also available. There is also a temporary shop and eating area in “Yuriage” Port Morning Market.
